Online Video and Private Courses for the TOEFL^®

1. All sales are final.
2. We DO NOT offer refunds for courses once that course, or any part of the course has begun.
3.  All courses, tests, and practice materials (purchased or received) at PraxisGroup International Language Akadmeia, LLC come with unlimited access for a renewable 30-day period. This is a monthly, auto-renewable subscription plan.

PraxisGroup International’s ZOOM Classes for the TOEFL^®

1. We offer a refund up to 24 hours before the start of the first class-session for all group class package purchases.
2. We reschedule classes when they are canceled 24 hours in advance. If a student doesn’t show up to class or cancels after the 24-hour deadline, there will be no makeup lesson. Please understand that teachers plan their lessons around your schedule and other students cannot meet teachers because you have already booked a lesson.
3. There are no makeup lessons or refunds for group classes after the starting time. Every group class is recorded, and you will be sent the recording via email.
4. Your purchased lessons are valid for up to 1 year after the date of purchase.
5. Each student in private lessons is only allowed to reschedule one class per month, even if the request to reschedule is received more than 24 hours in advance.
6. PraxisGroup International reserves the right to not work with students who exhibit the following characteristics: unwillingness to work during or outside of class, excessive disrespect to PraxisGroup International Language Akademeia instructors, or inappropriate conduct that has a negative impact on the learning environment.

PraxisGroup International’s Evaluations, and E-books

1. Purchased Speaking and Writing evaluations are non-refundable.
2. Speaking and Writing evaluations will be completed within 72 hours of submission. These evaluations are “unofficial TOEFL scores” and cannot be used as a definitive indicator of actual scoring on your TOEFL iBT.
3. Your purchased Speaking and Writing evaluations are valid for up to 30  days after the date of purchase.
4. All students are entitled to one speaking evaluation. If you need more help and guidance, consider enrolling in private or group classes.
5. All e-book PDFs are FREE and therefore non-refundable. Students are encouraged to download the free e-book.
